The Original Anime 未ル (Miru): Paths To My Future Reveals V.W.P as Opening Theme Song Artist

Original theme "愛詩 (AI=UTA)" composed by Noriyasu Agematsu of Elements Garden

The original anime 未ル(Miru): Paths To My Future produced by Yanmar Holdings Co., Ltd., and scheduled to be broadcast on Japanese terrestrial TV in April 2025, has revealed V.W.P as its opening theme song artist. The song titled "愛詩 (AI=UTA)" is a new piece written especially for the anime's opening theme song.

V.W.P, a virtual group made up of five cyber brain witches—KAF, RIM, Harusaruhi, Isekaijoucho, and KOKO—is an artist collective that enjoys immense popularity, particularly among younger audiences. Their selection was based on the natural synergy between V.W.P, a unique group formed by five talented solo performers, and the anthology format of 未ル (Miru): Paths to My Future, which features five distinct stories.

The song's lyrics, composition, and arrangement are created by the music production group Elements Garden, led by Noriyasu Agematsu, who has produced numerous notable anime songs including Nana Mizuki's "ETERNAL BLAZE" and "Shinai," Mamoru Miyano's "Orpheus" and "Shine," as well as songs for series such as Uta no☆Prince-sama♪, Senki Zesshou Symphogear, and BanG Dream! The music producer is Akihiro Tomita, known for his work on various anime theme songs, game music, commercial music, and artist production.

V.W.P’s dynamic song will set the tone for the drama as MIRU, the robot featured in the anime, travels through time to support people from various eras. Stay tuned!

Ahead of the anime broadcast, a promotional video featuring comments from KAF of V.W.P and a portion of the theme song will be released soon.

Comment from Noriyasu Agematsu

“As both a musician and an anime creator, I was deeply moved by Yanmar's vision to convey hope for the future to the world through anime. The journey of how a company specializing in construction and agricultural machinery ventured into robot anime production was so inventive and full of a spirit of challenge, and it made me decide to accept the offer, thinking, ‘If there’s any way I can contribute, I want to help.’When composing this piece, I carefully considered how to express the world of 未ル (Miru): Paths To My Future and create music that would deeply connect with V.W.P's young and dedicated fans. Lyricist Hibiki has crafted each word with precision, viewing young people's struggles not just as personal challenges but as part of a cosmic narrative, while still grounding them in everyday reality. I sincerely hope that this anime becomes a source of solace for people all around the world.”

Comment from Akihiro Tomita

"未ル(Miru): Paths To My Future feels like a 'mythology for a new era' offering both imaginative and realistic challenges for today’s younger generation as they navigate the present and shape the future. While it was certainly a pleasure to be in charge of the theme song for such an outstanding anime work, I feel honored to have worked on its production alongside Noriyasu Agematsu and Yusuke Takeda from Elements Garden, and to collaborate with the wonderful members of V.W.P. I hope everyone will enjoy the series along with the theme song, ‘AI=UTA.’”
